1. ABOUT US
These terms apply to all purchases and memberships from Stink Slayer, operated by Mitchell John Harrison (ABN 71 897 191 531). By placing an order or creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. ORDERS & PAYMENT
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. If we cancel your order you will receive a full refund.
3. SHIPPING
We ship to Australian addresses only. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times are subject to Australia Post standard timeframes and may vary by location.
Free shipping applies to orders over $29. Shipping costs for other orders are calculated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable timeframe, contact us and we'll chase it down.
4. RETURNS & REFUNDS
We stand behind our products. If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described — contact us and we'll make it right. No runaround, no hassle.
Email stinkslayerr@gmail.com with your order details and we'll organise a replacement or refund.
Our products are subject to the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the ACL.
5. THE CREW MEMBERSHIP
The Crew is a recurring monthly membership billed at $8/month (or the current advertised price). Your membership gives you access to weekly fishing reports, exclusive guides, member giveaways, spot lookup and a shop discount while active.
- Membership renews automatically each month unless cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time via the Manage Subscription button in your account. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- Membership content — reports, guides, spot intel — is for personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed.
- We reserve the right to change membership pricing with reasonable notice.
Founding member discounts (Gold 10% / Silver 5%) are locked in for the life of your continuous membership and will not be affected by future price changes.
6. DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes are single-use unless otherwise stated, cannot be combined with other offers and have no cash value. We reserve the right to void codes obtained fraudulently.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site — including fishing reports, guides, spot intel, images and copy — is owned by Stink Slayer. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content commercially without written permission.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Stink Slayer is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or membership.
Fishing spot information is provided as general guidance only. Always fish safely, observe local regulations and use your own judgement on conditions.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
10. PRE-ORDER GIVEAWAY — COMPETITION TERMS
The following terms apply to the Stink Slayer Pre-Order Giveaway ("the Competition").
- Promoter: Mitchell John Harrison, ABN 71 897 191 531, trading as Stink Slayer. Based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
- Eligibility: Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over only. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible.
- Entry period: Entries are open from the date the Competition page is published until the Competition closes (see Draw Date below).
- How to enter: Select an entry tier at stinkslayer.com.au/preorder and complete the checkout. Each entry tier awards the number of draw tickets specified on the entry page. The $5 Entry Only tier is not charged — card is saved but no payment is collected. Product pack tiers ($35 / $55) are charged only when orders are ready to ship.
- Draw date: The draw fires when 50 valid entries have been received, or on 1 August 2026 (AEST), whichever occurs first. The August 1 date is guaranteed regardless of the number of entries received.
- Draw method: One winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries, conducted live on Instagram (@stinkslayer). Each entry ticket represents one entry in the draw. Entrants with multiple tickets have proportionally higher odds.
- Prize: One prize pack comprising: Daiwa BG 5000 Spin Reel (approx. $200 RRP), Daiwa J-Braid x8 (approx. $60 RRP), Malosi UV Cap (approx. $55 RRP), Malosi Neck Gaiter (approx. $45 RRP), and one Stink Slayer Fisho Pack (approx. $60 RRP). Total prize value approximately $420 AUD. Prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be substituted. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the specified prize is unavailable.
- Winner notification: The winner will be contacted by email within 24 hours of the draw and publicly announced on @stinkslayer. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, a redraw may be conducted.
- Prize delivery: The prize will be shipped to the winner's confirmed Australian address at no cost to the winner. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes lost, damaged or delayed in transit.
- Refunds: Entrants who do not win may request a refund of any amounts charged (product pack tiers only) before their order ships by contacting stinkslayerr@gmail.com. The $5 Entry Only tier is never charged and requires no refund.
- Limitation of liability: To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from participation in this Competition or acceptance of any prize.
- Privacy: Personal information collected in connection with this Competition will be used only to administer the Competition and fulfil prizes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Governing law: This Competition is conducted in New South Wales, Australia and is subject to New South Wales and Australian federal law.
